MLOps Workflow
Data Collection
Acquire and ingest the necessary volume of raw data while establishing essential checks for quality and completeness.
Data Prep
Refine and structure the raw data, ensuring its quality and consistency so it’s ready to be consumed by machine learning algorithms.
Inference
Apply advanced algorithms and models to interpret and make predictions on new, unseen visual data.
Visualize
Graphically present complex data patterns and model predictions in a clear format to communicate findings and impact.
Deeper understanding
Advanced Modeling
The simulation solution incorporates semi-detailed mathematical models that enable us to integrate complex physical phenomena such as thermal radiation and soot production/consumption. These advanced models deliver more precise and detailed results than simple mathematical correlations, providing a deeper understanding of the system’s behavior and enabling better-informed decision-making.

Cloud and on-premise
Solutions
Gushr AI is built for the real world — where every operator’s environment is unique. Whether deployed in the cloud, on the edge, or within secure on-premise environments, Gushr delivers real-time insights into methane emissions with unmatched flexibility and speed.
Our hybrid architecture allows energy companies to process, analyze, and visualize data close to the source while maintaining seamless integration with existing infrastructure. The result: faster insights, lower latency, and optimized costs.
- Deploy in the cloud, on-premise, or across hybrid environments
- Edge computing enables low-latency data capture and faster analytics
Reduce reliance on costly on-site hardware and IT overhead - Improve efficiency and scalability across diverse operations
3rd Party Integration
Works seamlessly with existing sensors, cameras, and software systems — extending the value of your current infrastructure rather than replacing it.
Intuitive Interface
Designed for operators, not just data scientists. Gushr’s dashboard simplifies complex analysis into actionable insights with minimal training required.
Managed Platform
A fully managed scientific computing environment — Gushr handles data ingestion, modeling, and updates, so your team can focus on operations, not maintenance.
Cloud + Edge Performance
Combines the scalability of the cloud with the speed of edge computing — enabling continuous, high-resolution monitoring and real-time environmental intelligence.
Semi-detailed Model
Gushr AI generates a wide range of semi-detailed flaring simulations based on initial conditions specified by the user. Then, data of the predicted flame trajectory, and thermal radiation emission are sent to the GUI for visualization and analysis. Additional enhancements of the module could include:
- Soot consumption/production prediction;
- Gas dispersion, and
- 3D infrastructure integration for radiation on incidence analysis.
Monitoring
Monitor, measure, and analyze the characteristics of flares flames, such as their size, trajectory and stability, temperature, and composition, to assess their impact on the environment and to ensure that they are being operated safely and efficiently.
- Use technologies to collect data on flare flames, which is used to identify opportunities for reducing emissions, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Optimization
Our approach utilizes a genetic algorithm, an engineering technique incorporating statistical analysis and randomization to identify the most optimal solution for a given problem.
- By utilizing our robust tools, multiple optimal results can be generated, surpassing traditional methods. This allows engineers to evaluate different scenarios and refine mathematical models.
